I try to make things simple but sometimes the simpler I make things the more complicated they become. Few effective legal solution are simple. Sometimes in our effort to make things simple, we simply make them more complicated. My policy is to accept that some things are complicated and require careful attention to the intricate details, and that some things are simple and require more conviction and less thought.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION: If you would like a telephone consultation this can be arranged. A minimum of one hour is required to be set aside, and the fee to be paid in advance and is non-refundable. The fee for this one hour consultation will be 250.00 USD. If you think you will need more time please let me know.

REVIEW OF COMPANY DOCUMENTATION: If you have already established your own company (such as a Delaware company, etc.) and you wish to get a quotation on how much it would cost to open a bank account for that company we can help you by reviewing your documentation, and providing you with a detailed explanation with a price quote. The non-refundable price for this process will be 100.00 USD. We will require you send us all the existing documents you have on the company/entity as well as a clean color copy of your passport ID page.
